How to get back in to alignment after freaking the fuck out 

Hi love!

Let’s be honest

Alignment doesn’t always always feel fucking aligned

Sometimes you feel you’re taking ten steps back

But you’re truly not

In fact, most of the time you’re feeling fucking crazy you’re
aligning & about to uplevel to your next big shift 

Because the universe is always working everything out in
your favor 

So how do we get back in to alignment? 

1.Surrender

2. Allow 

3. Get quiet & wait for the answers to come

4. Release all that isn’t serving you 

Last week was a bit of a shit storm for me to keep it real 

With the 11/11 portal, my own moon cycle, & the new moon, ALL THE THINGS were being slapped in my face that needed to be released + let go of

And the reason things feel harder, is because we aren’t surrendering

One of the biggest healing moments for me this year has been embracing my cycle + slowing down (taming all my Leo fire + embracing going slower)

Many things came up for me to release around love, money, business, & more

& now I feel like a MF new woman!!!!

Because right now is the BIG PURGE

The big RELEASE 

Just because 2020 didn’t go the way you may have wanted it to, doesn’t mean things aren’t actually working out in your favor

It’s been the YEAR of alignment

By RELEASING all that is blocking us, so we can make energetic space for the new to come in

Because without that release, we have no space for our desires

You GET to have what you want

And it’s okay to change your mind about what you want 

But right now it is time to DECIDE that you can have what the fuck you want
