5 ways to let go of past trauma + step in to motherfucking abundance

What you went through was part of your purpose
Now onto the 5 ways to let go of past trauma + step in to mf abundance:
Set an intention before your daily movement practice (it’s time to start one if you don’t already have one, even if it’s just 5 minutes!). Set the intention of what you wish to release & move the way your body guides you to!
FEEL in your body that of wish you wish to manifest (perfect while done with your daily embodiment practice) as if it’s happening RIGHT FUCKING NOW.
FEEL all the negative feelings. All those you’ve been avoiding. All those that are creating massive energetic blocks in your chakras. Feel it all & then RELEASE with love. Transmute it in to energy of the highest good & ask the angels to help you.
FORGIVE YOUR FUCKING SELF (and anyone else). Please my love. This resentment is weighing you down. Write a forgiveness letter (to yourself and whoever else) and let go. Tune in to your heart chakra and ask the angels to help you let go.
Decide to tell a new mf story. The only two things blocking you from abundance are limiting beliefs in your mind & energetic blocks in your chakras. Replace your limiting story with a new empowering one.
