🌹Heal codependency, anxious attachment, anxiety, & depression
🌹Fall SO FUCKING IN LOVE with myself, my body, & my sacred sexual energy (after years of self hate & feeling so uncomfortable)
🌹Let go of people pleasing (& all the other things we as empaths can struggle with), & step in to my authentic self giving NO FUCKING FUCKS what anyone else thinks of me (I started out in 2012 in my prior biz as a conservative Christian fitness coach, can you imagine lol)
🌹Learn to navigate all the crazy stages of spiritual awakening, & use them for my good…coming out STRONGER THAN FUCKING EVER BEFORE!!!
🌹And rebuilt my entire life & business after losing almost everything
And ironically I have a Bahcelor’s in Business & Master’s in Education, which I didn’t plan to use for the businesses I’ve created, but my higher self & the angels knew what was up even way back then! 💕✨🪽😇
