Unleash Your Inner Wild Woman

It’s time to unleash your inner wild woman.


To say goodbye to the good girl. 


To play, dance with the cycles of the moon, to embrace your free spiritedness. 


To choose pleasure, not pressure. 


To let go of your old identities & ways of being. 


It’s your time to fucking rise. 


You’ve been getting ready all along. 


Even when it didn’t make sense.


Even if it doesn’t make sense right now. 


This is something I’ve been doing on an even deeper myself these last few months, as I rise to my next level. 


It’s something I’ve worked hard on for YEARS. 


Reclaiming my power.


Owning my truth. 


And embodying my authentic self. 


Letting go of ALL FUCKS of what anyone else thinks of me. 


Not with the intention to be offensive. 


But to shine my light. 


To show others that they can own their weirdness, uniqueness, boldness, “too muchness,” & follow their hearts, too.

Because I’ve been super fucking weird and bold all along. 


But it’s about to get even weirder and louder around here ;) 


So for now here’s 3 ways you can unleash your inner wild woman.


1) Practice kundalini yoga. The vibrations while chanting literally bring your physical body back in to harmony. Breath of fire is a beautiful kundalini practice, that has been my fave lately to really unleash your inner wild woman & power. 


2) Move your body intuitively, with the intention to release all that’s holding you back from owning your wildness. I like to call this intuitive ecstatic dancing. Our bodies hold the vibration of all our beliefs, programs, & memories….this is why we must move it to release it. Like I always say, you can’t just affirm your way to your desires. (this is why I also teach the chakras in all of my programs to really release your energetic blocks)


3) Use meditation to step in to your higher self & really FEEL that energy of your wildness, boldness, whatever youness makes you YOU. You can use my higher self meditation here to help you step in to this vibe if you feel guided. 


I was writing this all for my new book Free Your Soul (that’s the name I’ve landed on as a final name I’m 99.9% sure) today & felt like I had to share this with you!
