The last few years I have basically lost everything…from my soulmate kitty cat who was almost 17, to almost my entire business, to a lot of money, friends, so many old identities, and so much more

It has been the HARDEST FUCKING SHIT I HAVE EVER GONE THROUGH

I literally went through the FUCKING DEPTHS OF HELL AND BACK

And then after I met my shadow, started loving her, & all parts of myself…

Everything started to change

The worst year of my life, transformed in to the best year I have had in over 10 years!!! 😭😭😭

I feel ALIVE, FREE, HAPPY, & SO ALIGNED WITH MY PURPOSE!!!! LIKE I AM DOING WHAT I WAS FUCKING BORN TO DO!!!!

So what happened?

After losing my kitty 4 months ago, I decided that I WOULD NOT allow myself to be completely swallowed by grief or depression & neglect myself, like I have so many times in the past

This transformation you see is from SOOOOO MUCH FUCKING CRYING, RELEASING, AND lots of deep self love, self care, healing, & having the right support

It felt relevant to share this story today as I have been going through another deep layer of grief during my cycle

It hurts so fucking bad in some moments… but I feel what I need to feel, then pour in to myself

I feed my heart, body, mind, soul, & inner child

I take really good care of myself, & check in to see what I need

And I have created all of these in to processes to teach YOU in the new course!!!! 😘🥰👯‍♀️

Because this hasn’t been just a 4 month journey for me, it has been YEARSSSS
